Robert Chestman is the Broker/Owner of Town and Country Realty and an 18 year resident of Boca Raton, Florida.With over 30 years of consulting and negotiating experience in the financial arena, he has successfully consummated both residential and commercial transactions totaling many millions of dollars. With his solid business background, his understanding of the complexities of asset values and the luxury residential market with all its implications, his capacity to assist the client far surpasses his competition. Susan Chestman is Broker/Owner of Town and Country Realty and partners with Robert both professionally and personally. Having become a realtor soon after moving to Florida, Susan began her real estate career as a Buyer's Specialist focusing primarily on corporate relocation, placing top executives for many prominent firms. 

Her area knowledge in luxury estate residences extends up the South Florida coastline.  Her creative background in fashion and marketing enables her to maximize the presentation of properties, identify appropriate properties for buyers, collaborate with builders and contractors to maximize property potential and maintains a personal, "hands on" involvement in each transaction.

Susan's responsiveness and attention to her clients needs, as well as her fellow real estate colleagues, has given her the reputation of being easy to work with in addition to being the consummate professional.
